Paul James Broker  | Paul James - I've enjoyed the Vermont life style for the past fifty-eight years. I moved to Vermont in 1948, at that time it took five hours to drive from Windsor, Connecticut and many of the roads in Vermont were dirt and in some areas there were no bridges across the streams and they had to ford the river, with the water coming up over the running boards of the truck. Things were not always pleasant, but I survived.
I have been selling real estate in the Mount Snow area since 1986, specializing in country Homes, Condos and Land. Commercial real estate was too much like my previous business which was not very enjoyable, so I decided not to dabble in that. I really enjoy listing and selling Homes, and land in the Deerfield Valley. My wife Wendy and I live in Wilmington. All the children are grown and have lives of their own, so I have a lot of time on my hands and need to keep busy, so don't hesitate to call because I really enjoy talking to you.
My best advice for looking for real estate is: Bring the kids with you, but leave the dog at home. You miss out on a lot of local lore if you insist on following Paul around in your own car and I can't get a feel for what you really want unless you are willing to spend some personal time with me.
